PROJECT 48 QUILT BLOCKS

Block 22 of the Project 48 Quilt, I had this block cut out for a few weeks and just didn't want to tackle it as there were so many pieces and a lot of ladies had made comments about the difficulty of the block.  I had a few hours spare yesterday so decided to "give it a go", well it took me 2-1/2 hours
and had to unpick the first round of blue pieces from the white blocks as I'd sewed them to the wrong sides of the white blocks.  I'm really happy with the end result of this block, it certainly tested my patience.  I am glad I did it but there will not be any others of this one again................

NO FUSS SWAPPERS - ROADTRIP SWAP

Another wonderful swap organised by the "No Fuss Swappers" ladies, this time it was a "Roadtrip" swap.
I received these gifts from Teresa.

I sent these gifts to Susan. I wrapped the gifts in a fat quarter of fabric.

I forgot to take a photo before I sent the gifts to Susan, so these photos are courtesy of Susan minus the packet of lollies.

Happy Friday, have a great weekend.

CROCHETING

I started this Entrelac project last year and finally completed it a couple of weeks back, I just love it and I think it would make a lovely pram rug. I now just have to weave in the ends.

This is my current crochet project which I started just over a week ago.  I really love it, it's so happy and colourful, although I'm not looking forward to weaving in the ends.
